If you're like me and you love smoked foods, this recipe is sure to become one of your favorites. This dish is perfect for those of us who don't have very much experience with this technique, since we'll only need a few common kitchen tools to make it happen. A wok and a grill will do the work of the oven, and a few green tea leaves can replace the traditional firewood. It's that easy to bring the aroma of green tea to your chicken. I dare you to try it!
