Lent and Easter present many opportunities to meet with family to enjoy each other’s company during this special time. Now that we've prepared different kinds of dishes during these weeks, what we do is get together in a different home every eight days. However, the day of Easter is the most important of all. My family gets together in my grandmother's house like we do on Christmas and everyone brings a different dish to share, but not just food, we also prepare a special table with drinks, refreshments or wine. Today I want to share a very easy and refreshing recipe for your Easter celebration; it's a lot like sangria, but without the fruit. I hope you like it.
