I can remember how excited I felt whenever my school friends had a birthday coming up because it meant that we would have a party. One of my best school friends was Lebanese and she always celebrated at home with her mom who was in charge of the menu. She always had my favorite flavors among the other tasty appetizers like falafel with delicious yogurt sauce. I still enjoy them just as much as before, but now I know how to make them for whenever I have the craving without having to wait for anyone's birthday. MORE + LESS -
