We all know that it’s a good idea to eat at least 5 portions of fruits and vegetables a day. I don’t know about you, but this is not always easy for me because sometimes I end up cooking the same vegetables every single week. A fun way to make sure our children will eat fresh fruits and vegetables is by making a delicious smoothie. Thanks to the sweet flavor of orange and lemon juice, your children won’t believe this smoothie has spinach, avocado, and cucumber. Prepare it today and enjoy the delicious better-for-you flavor.

  • 1 cup Yoplait® Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 apple, cored and cut into big pieces
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, cut into big pieces
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 lemon

    Place the Greek yogurt, spinach, apple, avocado and cucumber in a blender.

    Add the orange juice and the juice of 1 lemon. Blend at medium-high speed for 1 minute until you get a soft and creamy mixture.

    Serve in 2 glasses. Enjoy!
