These condensed milk cookies call for just a few ingredients and they're ready in less than 30 minutes! Could we ask for more? They're super delicious, slightly crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside. I've been making them since I was a kid, although truthfully I have no idea where I got the recipe. I do know that each time I whip them up they're a hit. Now, as a mom, I make them for my kids and it's quite clear the way they chow them down that they like the recipe too. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter, no added salt
  • 1/3 cup fine sugar
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Colored sprinkles, for garnish

Directions

  • 1
Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
  • 2
Cream the peanut butter and sugar together using an electric mixer until pale yellow in color and fluffy in texture. Add the condensed milk and beat until incorporated. Reduce speed to low. Add the flour and salt, and continue beating until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • 3
Cover 2 baking sheets with non-stick pan lining paper. Set aside.
  • 4
Pour and spread the sprinkles out on a plate.
  • 5
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll into 1-inch balls. Press one half of the ball into the sprinkles and set on the baking sheet (sprinkle-side up). Lightly press down to flatten. Repeat the process with all the dough.
  • 6
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bottom of each cookie is golden brown.
  • 7
Remove from hot baking sheet and let cool completely on a cooling rack.
  • 8
    Serve and enjoy!

Expert Tips

  • tip 1
The cookies will expand slightly while baking, so be sure to leave a little space between each one so they don't stick together.
