To melt the chocolate: you can use the double boil method by placing a pot to boil with 1 inch of water, lower the heat to allow it to boil softly. Place a bowl with the chocolate chips over the steam of the boiled water. The heat from the water will melt the chocolate chips and stir softly until it has all dissolved. If you want to do it in the microwave, place the chips in a glass bowl, heat on high for 30 seconds, remove and stir for 1 minute. Repeat as many times as necessary until the chocolate has melted.
