boxes (9 oz) frozen Brussels sprouts in butter sauce

teaspoon olive oil

cup halved cherry tomatoes

large clove garlic, finely chopped

Marinade

cup canola oil
1/3
cup red wine vinegar

teaspoon chicken bullion granules
1
teaspoon sugar

    Cook Brussels sprouts as directed on box.
  • 2
    Heat oil in 12 inch skillet over medium high heat. Stir in garlic, cook for 30 seconds. Stir in tomatoes. Reduce heat to medium.

    Add marinade ingredients and Brussels sprouts to skillet. Toss. Serve warm.
