These cherry heart cupcakes are romantic and delicious. They’re the ideal dessert to share on Valentine’s Day. The mixture of vanilla and cherries is lovely, and if you use Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™you’ll get the perfect consistency in no time. Give these cupcakes to someone you love, and they’ll fall in love with you even more.


  • 1 box (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 cherries in syrup
  • Strawberry or cherry-flavored whipped cream

    Preheat the oven to 325°F.

    Prepare the cupcakes according to the instructions in the box, mixing the content with water, oil and eggs.

    Pour the mixture into a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.

    Bake for 15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean if you poke them.

    Let the cupcakes cool down and then cut a small piece in the middle.

    Put a cherry in the hole and cover with the piece of dough you removed.

    Cover with whipped cream and put another cherry as garnish.
