These black bean torrejas with Yoplait® yogurt salsa are very easy to prepare. They’re also probably one of the best ways to get your kids to eat protein if they don’t like to eat meat. I put the black bean torrejas inside the bread and serve them as hamburgers for my young son. The Yogurt sauce doesn’t require many ingredients and you can also serve it with other dishes. It’s perfect to serve as a dip with vegetables. MORE + LESS -
