Since before they could eat all forms of solids, my babies have enjoyed mama’s berry good spinach smoothie on a weekly basis. Packed with many nutrients and natural sweetness from the trio of berries, this smoothie is the perfect quick breakfast for people of all ages. I’m sure the pickiest of your eaters will enjoy this recipe!
If your kids are adventurous, try adding slightly more spinach, to boost the nutrients. Not regular orange juice drinkers? Keep some orange juice concentrate (make sure it’s 100% juice) in the freezer and combine with water. The tart of the orange juice works wonders to mask the flavors of spinach.
