Bacony Broccoli Potatoes

Betty Crocker® potatoes, Bac~Os® bacon flavor bits and broccoli come together in this easy side dish that’s ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 pouches (4.7 oz each) Betty Crocker™ roasted garlic mashed potatoes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup Betty Crocker™ Bac~Os® bacon flavor bits or bacon, cooked, crisp and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

Directions

    Heat oven to 400°. Prepare broccoli as directed on package; drain. Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on pouches using water, milk and butter.

    Spread potatoes evenly in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Top with broccoli. Sprinkle with bacon flavor bits and cheese. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
