Avocado and Dark Chocolate No-Bake Bars

Did you ever imagine how delicious avocados and chocolate can be together? Well, this recipe for avocado and dark chocolate no-bake bars is the perfect way of finding that out. You don’t need to bake anything, just mix the ingredients and put them in the fridge. You’ll get a snack that will give you lots of energy and will taste great!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 3 tablespoons grated dark chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Directions

    Cut the avocado in half and take the pulp out.

    Put the avocado in a bowl and make a purée using a fork.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything well.

    Place parchment paper on a tray and place the mix of ingredients there.

    Press the avocado mixture and refrigerate until it gets hard.

    Once it’s hard, cut it with a sharp knife.

  • You can use cocoa powder if you want to replace the grated dark chocolate. Use the same amount listed in the recipe.
