Avocados are one of the most nutritious fruits. In my country, Chile, it’s normal to eat avocado every day, many families have avocado trees in their homes and since avocados only ripen once they’re harvested, they’re cut down every day so there are always avocados ready to go. Try this recipe, it doesn’t require sugar, just the natural sweet creaminess of the fruit will be enough.
