Apples are in season and that’s why I decided to make this autumnal shake, which just so happens to be my favorite. This shake allows us to enjoy the flavor of apple pie and has all the benefits of the natural vitamins and fiber. It’s all the deliciousness of the fall season and it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or other sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 4 dates, pits removed

Directions

  • 1
    Process all ingredients in a blender.

    Serve immediately and enjoy!
