can (14 or 15 oz) artichoke hearts in water, drained, chopped

cup mayonnaise
1/4
cup grated Parmesan cheese

teaspoon lemon juice
Dash garlic powder

    Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Spread in ungreased 9-inch quiche or pie pan or 1-quart shallow casserole.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot. Serve hot or cold with crackers or vegetables.

Expert Tips

  • Microwave Directions: Stir together ingredients as directed. Spread in ungreased 1-quart microwavable casserole. Microwave on medium 4 to 6 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking, until hot. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs.
