Expert Tips

For a sweet touch, add a bit of condensed milk.

Summer is coming and that means delicious fruits. Of course watermelon is one of them. Besides being delicious, it's super inexpensive. My favorite way to eat it is in paletas! Just blend some of it with a bit of water and in just two hours you'll get a delicious dessert. As simple as that!

Directions

  • 1 Place watermelon pulp in a blender with 1 tablespoon of water.
  • 2 Blend and pour in paleta molds.
  • 3 Freeze until solid (approx. 2 hours).
  • 4 Serve and enjoy!
