Ingredients

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 limes, juiced

Directions

    Cut watermelon into chunks and remove skin. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth. Pour watermelon liquid into a shallow pan and freeze for one hour.

    After one hour, remove from freeze and rake mixture with a fork. Place back in freeze for another hour.

    Remove and rake a second time. Serve immediately in individual cups. Use lime slices as garnish.

    Set a timer! If you wait too long to remove from freezer, it will be difficult to rake.
