Directions

  • 1 In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2 Reduce heat. Stir in cream cheese and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot. Stir in chives.
  • 3 Place in serving bowl. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh chives. Serve with chips or crackers.
