When I'm very busy, I try to be extra conscientious of my eating. I don't want to add poor eating habits to my already long hours at work and extra stress. One of the meals I put special emphasis on is breakfast. Enjoy this easy, straightforward meal idea to start the day off on the right foot.

Ingredients

  • 2 containers Yoplait® Greek raspberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios™ cereal

Directions

  • 1
    In a serving dish or cup, add 1/4 cup blackberries and 1/4 cup raspberries. Top with half a container of yogurt.
  • 2
    Repeat, creating another layer of fruit and yogurt, and top with 2 tablespoons chia seeds and 1/2 cup Cheerios™ cereal.
  • 3
    Repeat with remaining ingredients to prepare 2 yogurt cups. Serve and enjoy!

  • To switch up this breakfast dish, swap out the raspberry yogurt for another fresh flavor and use different fruits.
