Are you looking for new ways to get your kids to eat more fruit? Add this recipe to your collection! Layers of chopped fruit and your favorite flavor ice cream come together in one dish, garnished with colorful, crunchy Trix™ cereal. One of my favorite pairings is watermelon and vanilla ice cream. Sometimes I leave the diced watermelon in the freezer and later serve it with ice cream or even yogurt. I’m certain your kids will ask for seconds, or ask you to prepare it again! Doesn’t it seem like a delicious idea?
