Prepare the dough:
Combine the flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Stir with a fork and add the butter (cut into small chunks). Mix everything together until you have a sandy consistency and all the flour has been combined with the butter. Gradually add the water, which should be very cold. Stir until you have a dough. Don’t knead it. Once it becomes a dough, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
