Everyone looks forward to Italian night in my home because it means a hearty meal full of flavor and happy faces all around the dinner table. Since pastas are so filling and satisfying, I like to include as many greens to the recipe as I can. In this case, I added lots of spinach to help round out this zesty recipe. If you have any leftovers, this dish reheats in the oven or microwave perfectly and intensifies in flavors the next day. Enjoy! MORE + LESS -
