Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 6 cups rice cereal
  • 1/4 cup blue sprinkles
  • Snowflake sprinkles, for garnish

Directions

    Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.

    In a non-stick pan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows melt into a smooth consistency.

    Remove from heat; add the vanilla and white chocolate chips, stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.

    In a large mixing bowl, add rice cereal and blue sprinkles; drizzle melted marshmallow chocolate mixture over cereal and stir to combine.

    Evenly distribute the mixture and press it down into the pan with fingers coated in cooking spray, a piece of waxed paper, or a spatula. Garnish with snowflake sprinkles and refrigerate until firm.

    Cut into squares to serve.
