Ingredients

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated peanut butter cookies
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 container (1 lb) vanilla creamy ready-to-spread frosting
  • 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam or strawberry jelly

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark pan). Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.

    Break up cookie dough in pan; press evenly in pan. Press peanut butter chips evenly into dough. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

    In medium bowl, stir peanut butter until smooth. Stir in frosting until well blended. Spread over cooled bars.

    In small bowl, stir jam or jelly until smooth. Drop jam by teaspoonfuls over frosting. With tip of knife, swirl jam for a marbled design. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
