Ingredients

low-fat turkey sausages, cut into slices

egg whites, whipped

cooked potatoes, diced

cup low-fat milk

cup low fat cheddar cheese

teaspoon of salt

    Place the turkey sausage and potatoes in a large and deep saucepan.

    Cook over medium heat until they start to brown. Strain and set aside.

    Mix the egg whites with salt, milk and cheese in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into the pan with the sausages. Stir well until the eggs have cooked.

  • These eggs go well with turkey bacon.
  • You can also replace the potatoes with your favorite vegetables.
