Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons orange vinegar (you could sub in a good apple cider vinegar if necessary)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated romano

Directions

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate. Let it sit overnight for the flavors to fully mingle.
