I’ve learned two things after making these cookies: first and most important of all, they’re delicious! The second thing is that you can serve them for any occasion. All you need to do is use different cookie cutters and you can easily customize this recipe for any celebration.
My daughter has an egg allergy and that’s why I made a few adjustments until I achieved the desired texture for these cookies, without the need to use eggs. The result was a total success. My kids loved these cookies!
