Cinnamon-Raisin French Toast

eggs plus 1 egg white or 3/4 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product
cup fat-free (skim) milk
slices cinnamon-raisin bread
Beat eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla with hand beater until smooth; pour into shallow bowl.
Spray griddle or 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat griddle to 375° or heat skillet over medium heat. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating both sides. Cook about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Look for sugar-free syrup at the grocery store; the carbohydrate content is lower than regular sugar. If it's 20 calories or less per serving, it's a "free" food for you!
