Sometimes, we need a break. Some people like to go shopping. Others like to pamper themselves at the spa. A few of my friends like to go to yoga and stretch their stress away while others like to lounge in front of the television set and watch mindless programming. I like to bake. I like to bake chocolate cakes, to be exact. The measuring along with the decadent chocolate smell that permeates my entire home is a great stress reliever. I like to incorporate fun ingredients like the flavorful stout beer I included in this recipe and enjoy a rich slice with my husband at my side and a piping hot cup of strong dark coffee. Here’s an ordinary cake that is out of the ordinary. I guarantee your family will love it and will be extremely surprised that the secret ingredient that makes this cake extraordinary are the flavors of a rich dark beer. Enjoy! MORE + LESS -
