When frustration sets in during those intense moments of a soccer match, I can't decide whether to scream or stay quiet. I want to snack on something so out of the ordinary; I can't decide if I want something salty or sweet. To satiate my frustration craving, I decided to make some easy chocolate covered potato chips. It's the perfect snack for those times frustration sets in and you really don't know what you want. Prepare these an hour before the game to get the freshest crunch and sprinkle them with your favorite team color sprinkles to celebrate the victory. MORE + LESS -

cups potato chips
1/2
cup chocolate confectionary coating
Sprinkles

    In a small, microwave safe bowl, melt candy melts in 1 minute intervals, stirring between minutes.

    Dip each potato chip half way into melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.

    Place on a parchment paper covered tray and let the chocolate set for 1 hour.

Expert Tips

  • If sprinkles are not available, decorate with chopped nuts, coconut or small pieces of dried fruit.
