For many (myself included), breakfast is the most important meal of the day. When I eat breakfast I tend to feel better throughout the day and I feel less hungry. The same goes for my family, so every day I take the time to make sure my kids sit at the table and eat their balanced breakfast before going to school.
Our pantry always has 5 or 6 boxes of whole-grain cereal of different tastes and textures. My family likes to combine them, sometimes they will eat it dry with a cup of chocolate milk on the side, other times they’ll eat the cereal with milk in it, every day is different!
This combination of cereals inspired me to create this granola that when served with warm milk offers us a new way to enjoy our cereal.
