Apples are one of my kids' favorite fruits, and we always have them on hand at home. Last week my little ones and I prepared delicious apple sandwiches with a little bit of peanut butter, granola and chocolate chips. I was in charge of cutting the apples, and the kiddos added their favorite ingredients. The best thing about this snack is that your kids can be part of the preparation process! They'll love it!
