Expert Tips

If you don’t have simple syrup, use 3/4 cups of granulated sugar and 3/4 cup of water.

Directions

  • 1 Moisten the rims of 6 to 8 cups with the juice from half a lime, and then dip the rims into a small bowl with chili powder with lemon and salt. Fill the cups with ice.
  • 2 Blend the watermelon with the simple syrup and a bit of water. Strain the mixture in a 2-liter jar (8 cups). Add the tequila and then the fresh lime juice. Stir lightly with a spoon to mix the ingredients. Pour into the cup and enjoy. Cheers!
