Expert Tips

If you like it even spicier, use cayenne pepper instead of black pepper.

Directions

  • 1 Combine cheeses, mustard and flour in a large bowl.
  • 2 Rub the garlic clove along the surface of a fondue pot.
  • 3 Add beer to the pot and heat on medium-low heat. Add cheese a little at a time, allowing it to slowly melt. Season with pepper.
  • 4 Serve hot with a side of Totino’s™ Pizza Rolls.

My husband and I are expert fondue makers. As big cheese lovers, this pot full of delicious melted cheese is our little addiction. We usually make it after the kids have gone to bed so we can enjoy a mini date at home while watching a movie. This fondue recipe is made with beer, cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack with jalapeños to give it that little kick of spiciness. Try it! I’m sure you’ll love it.
