Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400ºF. Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour, or use parchment paper.
  • 2 In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar until well incorporated. Roll out thawed puff pastry and, with a sharp, thin knife, cut in half both lengthwise and vertically to create 4 squares.
  • 3 Within each square, add 1 mini chocolate bar and approximately 8 mini marshmallows. Close empanadas into a triangle, using a fork to close the edges. Brush a thin coating of melted butter onto the tops of each empanada and sprinkle a generous amount of graham cracker crumbs mixture onto each one. Gently push the crumbs into the dough to ensure the bigger chunks adhere.
  • 4 Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
