Directions

  • 1 Empty two packages of strawberry gelatin in bowl. Stir in 2 cups boiling water until gelatin dissolves completely. Add 3/4 cups cold water. Refrigerate mix until thick.
  • 2 Place strawberry slices in lower part of a heart-shaped baking pan (9 cups). Save leftover strawberries. Pour strawberry gelatin in the baking pan with strawberry slices. Refrigerate until the gelatin is firm, approximately 90 minutes.
  • 3 Meanwhile, in another bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin (plain) into 1/2 cup cold water, let gelatin absorb water. Stir in 1 1/2 cups boiling water until gelatin completely dissolves. Add condensed milk; refrigerate until mix gets thick. Add leftover strawberry slices to condensed milk mix. Pour mix slowly into baking pan over strawberry gelatin layer.
  • 4 Refrigerate until gelatin is firm. Remove from pan and serve.
