  • 2 Cut the chicken breast in 16 equal pieces and mix with half the peanut sauce, completely covering each piece. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • 3 Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • 4 String the pieces of chicken on a skewer and grill for 4 minutes on all 4 sides (about 16 minutes), or until the chicken is completely cooked.
  • 5 Serve with the reserved peanut sauce.
