If you want to prepare extra pancakes to freeze them, all you have to do is wrap each pancake in wax paper and place it inside of a vacuum sealed container.

Directions

  • 1 Pour the pancake mix, milk, eggs, cereal and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix using a whisk until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • 2 Pour a little bit of canola oil or cooking spray into a saucepan. Once the oil is hot, use a ladle (completely filled) to make the pancakes. The use of a ladle ensures that your pancakes will be the same size. Let cook and flip to cook on both sides. Repeat until you’ve used up all the mix.
  • 3 Serve immediately; sprinkle with Fiber One Protein cereal and pour a little bit of maple syrup. You can add butter if you like.
