package white Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ cake mix
2
eggs
1
cup plain, Greek yogurt
1/2
cup milk
1/3
cup vegetable oil
Pink, green and blue food coloring
1
package white, Betty Crocker™ Whipped fluffy white frosting
Colored sprinkles, to taste

Expert Tips

Be careful not to fill the cupcake molds/liners to the top with batter, or they’ll overflow as they bake.

You can use any color food coloring or sprinkles that you like.

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 350 ºF. Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  • 2 In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the white cake mix with eggs, yogurt, milk and oil. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are fully combined. Pour the mix into 3 different bowls, dividing it into 3 equal parts. Add 4-5 drops of food coloring to eat bowl of batter. In the end, you’ll have 3 different colors. Fill 1/3 of each cupcake mold/liner with 1 of the colors, and add additional layers of alternating colors. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
  • 3 Bake for 20-25 minutes, remove the cupcakes from the cupcake mold and let cool completely.
  • 4 Frost the cupcakes and add sprinkles.
