Expert Tips

You could use broccoli florets instead of the vegetable mixture.

Be sure not to overcook the tender slices of pork; cook just until they are no longer pink.

Directions

  • 1 Cook rice in water as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • 2 Meanwhile, heat 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; rotate skillet to coat bottom. Cook pork in oil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until no longer pink in center.
  • 3 Add frozen vegetables. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in preserves and oyster sauce. Cook and stir about 30 seconds or until hot. Serve with rice.
