Expert Tips

Have fun mixing different yogurt flavors with ice creams and layer with blueberries or blackberries.

Directions

  • 1 Add 1/4 cup crushed crackers to the bottom of 4 ramekins. Set aside.
  • 2 In a bowl, mix together the yogurts and ice cream. Divide this mix in half and place one half in the fridge while you assemble the first layer. Evenly divide the first half of the yogurt-ice cream mixture between the 4 ramekins. Evenly divide the sliced strawberries between the 4 ramekins.
  • 3 Retrieve second half of yogurt-ice cream mixture and evenly divide between the 4 ramekins. Place in freezer for 2-3 hours or until firm.
  • 4 When ready to serve, run ramekin under warm water to release. Serve garnished with strawberries.
