Expert Tips

Small pancakes cook up quicker and are fun to eat!

Directions

  • 1 Begin by mixing all dry ingredients together until well incorporated. Set aside. Whisk egg and milk together. Pour slowly into dry ingredients and mix until you’ve created a smooth, batter consistency.
  • 2 Add mashed banana and blueberry and stir until incorporated.
  • 3 Melt butter in a heavy-bottom frying pan over medium heat. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan. Let cook slowly and turn once the bottom has become golden brown. Cook the other side using the same method. Serve and enjoy!
