Pork Ribs with Raisin BBQ Sauce

Barbecued pork ribs are a welcome addition to at any party, as they suit just about every palate. In this recipe, I'm going to combine them with a delicious raisin BBQ sauce with Cascabel chiles to give the meat a special sabor that will have everyone at your table licking their fingers! This meal makes a great main dish. I hope you like it as much as I do. Let's get cooking!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless pork ribs
  • 1 cup raisin barbecue sauce with Cascabel chile
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cilantro, for garnish

Directions

    Marinate the ribs in the raisin barbecue sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste and let sit for two hours.

    Place the marinated ribs in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°F. After the first 20 minutes, remove the foil and continue cooking in the oven. This way the ribs will turn out juicier but will also have the chance to brown on the outside.

    When they're ready, remove from the oven and let cool.

    Garnish with some sprigs of fresh cilantro and if you like, dress with more raisin barbecue sauce.
