Substitute 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips for the peanut butter chips and 1 container (1 lb) chocolate creamy ready-to-spread frosting for the vanilla frosting.

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark pan). Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • 2 Break up cookie dough in pan; press evenly in pan. Press peanut butter chips evenly into dough. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • 3 In medium bowl, stir peanut butter until smooth. Stir in frosting until well blended. Spread over cooled bars.
  • 4 In small bowl, stir jam or jelly until smooth. Drop jam by teaspoonfuls over frosting. With tip of knife, swirl jam for a marbled design. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
