A flan within a pie is the ultimate treat. Its sweet filling bursting with coconut goodness is baked in a pie crust and it will be the hit at the dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 crust from 1 package (12 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Deep Dish Pie Crusts (2 Count)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2
    Bake pie crust according to instructions on package.

    In a blender, add sweetened condensed milk, eggs, coconut milk, water and vanilla extract; blend until smooth. Add shredded coconut and blend for 10 seconds.

    Pour into pie crust and bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Cool completely and refrigerate overnight.
