A Puerto Rican baked lechón pork is a perfect dish you can serve when you have lots of guests. You can bake it or you can grill it, all that matters is that the meat is tender and skin is super crispy, like a delicious pork rind.
In order to have good results, you need to read the recipe carefully because the pork needs to be marinated for several hours, and spend around three hours in the oven or on the grill, until the lechón pork is golden brown.
