Southern cooking is one of my favorite indulgences. I love fried chicken and biscuits with honey, but it’s difficult to make at home because it can be time consuming and high in calories. To cut time, calories and oil, I decided to create my own version of fried chicken at home. I paired it with Pillsbury™ Grand!™ Homestyle Refrigerated Biscuits and a light yet sweet and tangy chipotle sauce. By simply oven-baking lean chicken breast cutlets, my indulgence immediately turned into a mid-week menu favorite for me and my family!
