In an ovenproof container, we combined chicken, bell pepper strips, eggs, cheese, and bread. Your kitchen will smell great while your breakfast bakes. Even better, make this the day before and reheat it in the oven the next morning for an even quicker breakfast.
Serve it with refried beans, salsa, and a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
