During the summer I like to plan trips outdoors with my family. Sometimes we have picnics at the park, the beach and on our patio. The idea is for us to feel a bit free and breathe the open air. For these occasions I prepare simple, fun, nutritious and easy to digest since we usually ride bikes or play a sport. The idea is to have a good time.
