One of my mother's favorite kitchen tricks is cooking with tin foil; her and her family have done is for years and years. It's a fast, efficient and easy way to put food on the table. I remember seeing my mom jumping with joy the first time she saw the precut sheets of aluminum foil in the supermarket because it saved her tons of time. And our favorite dish in aluminum foil is fish, because it's cooked very quickly. This recipe is very simple and gives a rich, creamy flavor to any white fish. Our favorite dish to cook in aluminum foil is fish since it cooks so quickly. This recipe is very simple and gives the fish a rich and creamy taste.
